Our goal at Ag Express Electronics is to provide excellent service and support to all of our customers. If our support team cannot resolve problems with the items you purchased, most non-custom items are returnable within 30 days of delivery. While we would like to offer that option for all of our products, some standard products will have different return/replacement policies based on requirements from our vendor/s. All custom and special orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

0 to 30 days – Authorized Non-Custom Item Returns
During the fi rst 30 days, Ag Express will not charge any restocking fees on authorized returns. Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging.

• Ag Express will not cover any return shipping charges (including insurance).

30 to 60 days – Authorized Non-Custom Item Returns
From 30 – 60 days, Ag Express will charge a 15% restocking fee on authorized returns. Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging.

• Ag Express will not cover any return shipping charges (including insurance).
• No returns will be authorized after 60 days.

Damaged/Used Returns
If the items returned to Ag Express Electronics are used, damaged, or dirty we reserve the right to withhold all or part of the refund to return the items to sell-able condition. Judgments regarding the condition of returned items are at the discretion of Ag Express alone.

Returns
Ag Express Electronics will authorize most returns within three to five business days of receiving the returned merchandise. Credit card refunds typically process within five business days of the return authorization.

Custom and Special Order Items
All items ordered by Ag Express from a third party, specifically for you or your customer/s, are non-refundable. Any harness, cable, part, or assembly custom-built to customer/s specification/s is also non-refundable.

Order Cancellation
Any orders for custom products placed with Ag Express Electronics by a customer and approved by the customer for production are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Ag Express Liability
Ag Express assumes no liability whatsoever for lost time, field service calls, or any other charges relating to a product or service purchased from Ag Express. Ag Express is only liable for the price paid for an item or a service.

Ag Express Electronics Inc. warrants to the original purchaser for use that, if any part of the product/s proves to be defective in material or workmanship within one year from the date of original installation, Ag Express Electronics Inc. will (at our option) either replace or repair said part. The part must be returned to Ag Express Electronics Inc. within 30 days after discovering such defect to receive coverage under this warranty. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation or maintenance. If said part substantially fulfi lls the performance specifi cations, it will not be considered defective.

THIS FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, AND OF ANY OTHER TYPE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Ag Express Electronics Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes anyone to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with said parts and will not be liable for consequential damages. Purchaser accepts these terms and warranty limitations unless the product is returned within (15) fi fteen days for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and freight cost). In no case shall Ag Express Electronics Inc. be liable for any incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages.

Ag Express Electronics Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes anyone to assume for it any obligation or liability in connection with merchandise or repairs. In no case shall Ag Express Electronics Inc. be liable for lost time, field service calls, or any other charges relating to a product of service purchased from Ag Express. Ag Express is only liable for the price paid for an item or a service.

Due to the potential health concerns for our employees, Ag Express requires that all items sent to us be free from any hazardous materials, chemical substances, or residue. Please thoroughly clean all items before sending/delivering them to us for repair.

Should Ag Express receive any contaminated units, we will, at our discretion and in consideration of applicable laws, either return the unit to the customer (or) dispose of the items as we deem appropriate for our safety. We will charge handling and disposal fees for all items requiring us to perform handling or disposal services.

Ag Express Electronics Inc. (Ag Express) warrants to its Repair Service customer, if any part replaced by Ag Express during servicing/repair proves to be defective in material or workmanship within one year from the date of return shipping back to customer after repair, Ag Express will (at our option) either replace or repair said part. The part must be returned to Ag Express within 30 days after discovering such defect to receive coverage under this warranty.

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation or maintenance, or if the product fails due to another failure mode. If said part substantially fulfi lls the performance specifications, it will not be considered defective. Ag Express shall not warrant nor be responsible for repairs or attempted repairs performed by anyone other than authorized Ag Express personnel. Ag Express does not reimburse for service calls, time, labor, or travel. In no case shall Ag Express be liable for any incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning an item for warranty repair. Ag Express will cover the return shipping after the warranty repair is completed, provided it is UPS ground shipping.

Ag Express neither assumes nor authorizes anyone to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with said parts and will not be liable for consequential damages. By agreeing to repair/service of product, the customer accepts these terms and warranty.
